At COEDLOITE PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering elite digital learning experiences, including enterprise software courses, live webinars, corporate online sessions, and hands-on masterclasses. We maintain strict transparency while safeguarding the proprietary integrity of our intellectual property and services.
By enrolling in any program, making a payment via Razorpay, or interacting with our WhatsApp Business services, you explicitly accept the provisions described herein.
1. General Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests are processed only if submitted within the stipulated cancellation window for the relevant service category.
- All cancellation communications must be made from the user's registered email or WhatsApp phone number to official support channels.
- Once credentials, cloud servers, or access keys have been allocated, standard self-serve cancellations are restricted.
2. Online Courses & Recorded Digital Assets
Digital curricula, software templates, pre-recorded modules, and downloadable toolkits are strictly non-refundable once account provisioning is completed.
- Partial course consumption or change of personal mind
- Scheduling conflicts with employment or university exams
- Failure to access due to personal hardware limitations
3. Live Online Classes & Training Programs
- Notice Period: Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled live batch launch date.
- Pre-Batch Transfer: If submitted in time, students may opt for a 100% credit transfer to the following month's batch or a refund minus administrative gateway charges (typically 2-3%).
- Ongoing Cohorts: Once a live cohort has commenced its first live lecture, cancellations will not be entertained.
4. Technical Faults & Rescheduling
If an event or live training session is cancelled or permanently disrupted by COEDLOITE PRIVATE LIMITED due to severe trainer illness, infrastructure failure, or natural events:
- You will be immediately offered free placement in a rescheduled session; or
- You may request a full 100% refund with zero cancellation penalty.
5. Refund Processing Timelines & Methods
Approved refunds are processed via our verified payment gateway partner (Razorpay). Under RBI payment guidelines, refunds are issued strictly to the original payment source (UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking) and reflect within 5 to 7 business banking days.
6. Discretionary Exceptions
Under exceptional compassionate circumstances (such as documented medical emergencies), management reserves the sole right to consider goodwill credit notes on a case-by-case basis.
