At CODELOITE PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to deliver high-quality digital learning experiences, including online courses, webinars, live online sessions, and events. We believe in transparency and fairness while also safeguarding the integrity of our digital products and services.

This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled.

1. General Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests will be considered only if raised within the applicable cancellation window mentioned below.
  • Requests must be submitted via official communication channels (email, support form, or registered contact).
  • Once access to digital content or services has been provided, cancellation requests may not be entertained.

2. Online Courses (Recorded Content)

Recorded courses, downloadable materials, and lifetime-access programs are non-refundable.

Once access is granted, the purchase is considered final.

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Partial course completion
  • Change of mind
  • Lack of usage
  • Incompatibility with personal schedules

This is due to the instant and irreversible access provided upon purchase.

3. Live Online Classes & Training Programs

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the live session.
  • Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the session are not eligible for a refund.
  • If a refund is approved, administrative or platform charges may be deducted.

4. Webinars & Online Events

Free webinars: No refunds applicable.

Paid webinars or events:

  • Cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the event.
  • No refunds will be provided for:
    • Missed attendance
    • Late cancellations
    • No-shows
    • Partial participation
  • Access to webinar recordings (if provided) will be considered as service delivered, and refunds will not apply.

5. Event Rescheduling or Cancellation by Company

In rare cases where CODELOITE PRIVATE LIMITED cancels or reschedules an event or session:

  • Participants will be offered:
    • Access to the rescheduled session OR
    • A partial or full refund, at the company’s discretion
  • No additional compensation (travel, internet costs, time loss, etc.) will be provided.

6. Technical Issues & Platform Limitations

Refunds will not be provided for issues arising from:

  • Poor internet connectivity
  • Device incompatibility
  • Lack of required system setup
  • Third-party platform outages beyond our control

Participants are responsible for ensuring technical readiness before joining.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 16–30 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary depending on banks or payment gateways.

8. Transferability of Access

  • Course access, webinar passes, or event registrations are non-transferable, unless explicitly stated.
  • Sharing login credentials or content access may result in termination without refund.

9. Abuse & Policy Violation

CODELOITE PRIVATE LIMITED reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of:

  • Policy abuse
  • Misrepresentation
  • Multiple refund attempts
  • Violation of platform terms
  • Unauthorized sharing or redistribution of content
